David Kol is a metals, mining, and international business executive with over 20 years of leadership spanning finance, M&A, marketing, and strategic development. As Strategic Metals Advisor to Global Frontier Capital, Kol brings deep experience in advancing critical mineral and natural resource projects across frontier markets.

Kol’s expertise is rooted in more than 14 years of West African operational experience and a proven track record of building ventures in complex geopolitical environments. In addition to his role with Global Frontier Capital, he is a member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and serves as Vice President of the Liberian Chamber of Mines, further cementing his influence in both security and resource governance. He is a founding partner of Global Frontier Advisors, a national security–focused advisory firm, and serves on the boards of BluEarth Carbon Development and the Global Wholesome Network. Previously, he held senior roles at Gem Rocks Mining Resources, Global Media Group Holdings, The Players Network, and Interactive Enterprises, where he oversaw projects for Sony, Qwest Communications, BskyB, and JskyB.

Kol studied Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis and holds an A.A. in Criminal Justice from Diablo Valley College. His blend of metals and mining expertise, commercial acumen, and geopolitical insight makes him a key advisor to Global Frontier Capital’s strategic metals strategy.
