Marlin has more than 22 years of experience spanning conventional media, digital, telecommunications, and notable technology companies - such as MTV, Yahoo, and Google. Her deep understanding of cross-industry dynamics and her ability to bridge traditional and modern business models make her a sought-after strategist in the global startup and investment ecosystem.

Currently, Marlin is active as a start up advisors and investor of digital tech , ESG, and Indonesian Retail & Resto in Europe. She was most recently Director of Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi (Telkomsel Venture Capital ), which served as an investment arm of Telkomsel in supporting Indonesian tech start ups. 

She received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Indonesia.
