Managing Partner

Andrew is Managing Partner of GFC. Andrew is experienced in international project management and transnational project execution with local partners.

Andrew spent the last 20 years as an Intelligence Officer and foreign policy expert for the United States Marine Corps. Many of those years have been spent in frontier markets throughout Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East planning and implementing projects for the US, as well as building professional networks and personal relationships.

Andrew earned an MA in International Relations from the US Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in International Business from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
